Diana Ross told a Tucson municipal court on Monday that she
felt forced into taking a breath test last year during a traffic stop. She and her lawyer are asking the court
to throw out the results of several breath tests which police said had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20 percent
(0.08 is the Arizona legal limit.)
