Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler ruled on Wednesday that renowned forensic expert Dr. Henry Lee removed
something (possibly a white object with a rough edge) from the crime scene where actress Lana Clarkson was shot
and hid it from the prosecutors in the Phil Spector murder trial. The judge also said that he will not hold Lee
in contempt because of conflicting witness accounts but would like the object produced if Dr. Lee has it.
Birmingham will create their own version of Hollywood's Walk of Fame on Broad Street. Ozzy Osbourne will be the
first star inducted into the Birmingham Walk of Stars on July 6th.

Kajagoogoo's new single, "Rocket Boy," debuted on U.K. radio last week. The single will be released on
June 25th in stores and as a digital download. The group will perform at the RetroFest in September and a new album
is expected out next year. Meanwhile, former vocalist Limahl is featured on Physics' "Too Shy 2007."
The deluxe edition of Sonic Youth's landmark 1988 album, Daydream Nation, will be released on June 12th. Among
the extras on the collection are covers of Mudhoney's "Touch Me, I'm Sick" and the Beatles "Within
You Without You." The album was recently chosen by the Library of Congress to be included in the National
Recording Registry.

Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails is still fuming from the over-pricing of his album in Australia according to an
interview with the Herald Sun. Reznor has said that he is barring label representatives from attending his shows
for free and that he will probably independently release any other albums after fulfilling his current contract
with a follow-up to Year Zero.
Ted Nugent has been working in Jack Blades' Cock & Bottle Studio on a new album. Blades is producing the album
which is rumored to be titled, Love Grenade.

Barbra Streisand has canceled her scheduled concert in Rome on June 15th following protests by Italian consumer
groups over excessively high ticket prices. Concert organizers have indicated that the decision to cancel the show
was due to production delays and not public outcry. The show was to be the start of her European tour. Prices from
the show range from just under $200 to over $1,200 at a 24,000 seat stadium.
Eddie Van Halen's first post-rehab interview will appear in the September issue of Guitar World Magazine (hitting
news stands on June 26th.) The guitarist has issued a brief update on the Van Halen Web site thanking fans for
the support provided to him earlier this year while in rehab.
A new independent video game named Kudos: Rock Legend has been released which lets you manage and star in your
own virtual rock band. The game features a song, "Star," by All About Eve's Julianne Regan and Mice.
Great White's original members Jack Russell, Mark Kendall, Audie Desbrow, Michael Lardie and Sean McNabb have been
working in the studio for the last few month on their new album, Back To The Rhythm, which is due out at the end
of August to commemorate their 25th anniversary.
Pet Shop Boys vocalist Neil Tennant recently spoke out against the Live Earth concerts and Bono's political activity
to Yahoo. "The Princess Diana concert is fair enough, but I feel more uneasy about the Al Gore thing. I've
always been against the idea of rock stars lecturing people as if they know something the rest of us don't - it
looks arrogant. It's not as if they have a private source of information. To state the obvious as if you are the
only person that knows it is intellectually weak." Tennant also said, "Bono uses his celebrity but in
doing so he increases his celebrity. I've never even totally convinced that the rest of U2 feel comfortable with
that." Recently, Roger Daltrey and Bob Geldof have issued statements slamming the summer concerts for global

Time Stand Still will be the title of The Hooters first new studio album since 1993's Out Of Body. The group will
head to Europe this summer for tour dates and possible follow that with U.S. shows. No release date has been scheduled
for the album as of yet.
Visage's Steve Strange has working in the studio with former Visage member Dave Formula on a new song, "Never
Stop." The new version of the band have recorded several new songs in the last few months. Meanwhile, Strange
is expected to be part of a new reality series this summer.
Robert Smith of the Cure has collaborated with Paul Hartnoll (formerly of Orbital) on a song named "Please."

The source of a leaked version of the new Recoil album being tracked down by EMI. The label audiomarked each file
offered to the media so finding the journalist that leaked the music will be easy. Meanwhile, the new Recoil single,
