Former Precious Metal guitarist and Love Potion Perfume founder Mara Fox has filed a lawsuit against "Clean"
Perfume creator and Dessert Beauty founder Randi Shinder as well as business partners Jessica Simpson and Sephora
Cosmetics for alleged trademark infringement over Dessert Beauty's use of the name "love potion" in two
of their products promoted by Simpson and advertised as simply "love potion fragrance."

Prince is reportedly planning on placing purple tickets to attend a small Prince concert (held in his Minneapolis

Keyboardist Michael Floreale has reportedly reformed When In Rome with new vocalist Jayden Frost and will release
an album entitled Blue later this year. Floreale produced, co-wrote and was a musician on Jayden Frost's 12-track

Rev. Guiseppe Moscati has backed away from his earlier statements that he was approached by Jackson's representatives
about putting Pope John Paul's sermons to music. Moscati has told the Associated Press, "It is only a hope,
an idea."
The Blue Aeroplanes have followed up their reunion concert in support of their reissued Swagger album with new
studio sessions. They will release their new album, Altitude, on Apr. 3rd in the U.K. followed by a tour supporting
it.
A new documentary following Darryl McDaniels on his quest to find his birth parents, DMC: My Adoption Journey,
will debut on VH1 on Feb. 25th. His solo debut album, Checks, Thugs and Rock 'n Roll, will be released on Mar.

Widespread Panic has finished recording their currently untitled new studio album with plans to release it in June
