The heirs of Conway Twitty are suing Royce Inman, a former
business associate of Twitty's, over the domain name conwaytwitty.com. A business partnership of the heirs, Conway
Twitty United, made an agreement in 1997 to allow Inman to sell Twitty souvenirs. Inman later purchased the domain
name without their consent and has allegedly refused to give it to the family.
The Court of Appeals for Middle Division of Tennessee have unanimously affirmed the earlier court verdict that
the estate of Hank Williams (managed by Hank Williams Jr. and Jett Williams) are the sole owners to the previously
unreleased performances by Willaims Sr. on radio shows that aired on WSM radio.

Hail! Hail! Rock 'n' Roll, a documentary of the 1986 concert honoring Chuck Berry's 60th birthday, will be released
as a 2-disc and 4-disc DVD on June 27th. The concert features performances by Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Robert
Cray, Linda Ronstadt and many others with commentary by Bruce Springsteen, the Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, Bo

Chicago have been working on their new studio album, XXX. It has been officially confirmed that the album is scheduled
for release on Mar. 14th.
The Cure are planning to release a new download-only compilation, 4play, at the end of the month featuring re-recorded
classics from Three Imaginary Boys, Seventeen Seconds, Faith and Pornography. The compilation will be available
via iTunes in the U.K. only.

Bryan Adams' performance for 10,000 fans at a concert in Karachi on Sunday was the first big show by a Western
singer in Pakistan in decades. Adams' concert was to help raise money to help rebuild some schools in the areas
that have been devastated by earthquakes.
Rush drummer Neil Peart is reportedly planning to appear in the Aqua Teen Hunger Force film hitting theaters in
late 2006.
Judas Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton will see his 1997 album, Baptizm Of Fire, re-released via Rhino Records on

Actor Chris Penn, brother to actor Sean Penn and musician Michael Penn (who is married to Aimme Mann), was found
dead in his Santa Monica, California, condo on Tuesday. A cause of death is expected to be announced after an autopsy
but officials do not expect foul play.
Soul vocalist Gene McFadden, 56, died on Friday after a battle with lung cancer. The singer was most successful
as half of the duo McFadden & Whitehead scored a global hit with "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now" in 1979.
McFadden's partner John Whitehead died in 2004 in a drive-by shooting. The duo wrote "Let's Groove" which
was a hit for Earth, Wind & Fire.
